Means shall be provided to inform adequately the pilot and other appropriate crew members of all operating limitations upon which the type design is based. Any other information concerning the airplane found by the Administrator to be necessary for Safety during its operation shall also. be made available to the crew. (See §§ 3.755 and 3.777.) LIMITATIONS § 3.737 Limitations. The operating limitations specified in §§ 3.738-3.750 and any similar limitations shall be established for any airplane and made available to the operator as further described in §§ 3.755-3.780, unless its design is such that they are unnecessary. for safe operation.
