One or more drains shall be provided to permit drainage of the entire cooling system, including the coolant tank, radiator, and the engine, when the airplane is in the normal ground attitude. Drains shall discharge clear of all portions of the airplane and shall be provided with means for positively locking the drain in the closed position. Cooling system drains shall be accessible.
