* * * ° * (c) When propeller’ control design permits stopping of crankshaft rotation of any engine in flight by feathering the propeller, means shall be provided for unfeathering each Propeller individually in flight. 11. By amending § 3.431 by redesignating the present section as paragraph (a), by inserting the words, “except the fuel tanks” between the words “compo-— nent” and “will”, by deleting the note under § 3.431, and by adding a new paragraph (b) to read as follows:
