The Administrator, upon the issuance of a type. certificate, shall record the applicable regulations with which compliance was demonstrated: Thereafter, the Administrator shall record the applicable. regulations for each change in the type. certificate which is accomplished in accordance with regulations other than those recorded at the time of issuance of the type certificate.
