§3.631 Propeller speed and pitch controls.

(See also § 3.421 (a).) If propeller speed or pitch controls are provided, the controls shall be grouped and arranged in such a manner as to permit control of all propellers, both separately and together. The controls shall permit ready synchronization of all propellers on multiengine airplanes.
