§3.63 Noncompliance with test requirements.

Official type tests will be discontinued until corrective measures have been taken by the applicant when either: (a) The applicant’s test pilot is unable or unwilling to conduct any of the required flight tests; or (b) Items of noncompliance with requirements are found which may render additional test data meaningless or are of such nature as to make further testing unduly hazardous.
